Course Summary:
This course provides training to the Officer In Charge of a Navigational Watch (OICNW) in an attempt to bring together the good practice of seafarers with the aim of improving navigational safety and protection of the marine environment ensuring maintenance of safe navigational watch at all times. Any student successfully completing this course will satisfy the Bridge Resource Management course requirement.
