Course Summary:
This course is principally intended for candidates who seeking an endorsement as OICNW. Although there are no pre-requisites, it is highly suggested that the student have had a course in terrestrial and coastal navigation, Radar, and ARPA. Students must possess plotting skills necessary for chart work and be able to read, write, and perform math functions.
