This physical examination is conducted by a
licensed physician or physicians assistant in accordance with
procedures established by the United States Coast Guard. The
physical examination is required by all applicants for original
issue or renewal of US Coast Guard licenses. Results are recorded
on US Coast Guard Form 719-K (Merchant Marine Personnel Physical
Examination Report). |
