This drug screen is required for all applicants for original
issue, upgrade, increase in scope or renewal of US Coast Guard
Licenses and Documents. The drug screen is performed in accordance
with current US Coast Guard regulations in effect and the proper
chain of custody and reporting procedures are followed. |
