This is a series of four courses that have been approved by the U.S. Coast Guard to meet the Basic Safety Training requirements for issuance of the STCW-95 Certificate by the U.S. Coast Guard. With few exceptions, the STCW BST training requirements apply to any mariner who sails into or out of an international port or operate seaward of the boundary lines specified in 46 CFR Part 7 under authority of their license or Credential.
